Yeah that definitely isn't the CAI. That is a vacuum leak or the IAC is going out.

A way to tell if it is the IAC is with the engine running at idle and warmed up, unplug the sensor. If it doesn't stall or have the idle drop significantly then it is going bad.

what does IAC stand for and where do i find this sensor?

Idle air control, it will be on the throttle body.

Carefully when removing it because it has a very thin and fragile gasket.

No, if you look at the first picture. The spot labeled C is a connector for the sensor. While the engine is idling and warmed up unplug that.

Litterly just made this, my iac is bad just hard to tell in the video

Note mines is a cobra an is located in a different place but same thing

does it matter if i did it when it was already warm? i did it after i drove back home and it stalled when i unpluged it

so this is what im thinking, the previous owner probally had a tune on it and when he traded it in he returned it to stock so he could keep his tuner, and that is probally throwing some stuff off
