Howdy again! Welcome to the forums!
The seats on these cars are pretty simple, you do have to do some things here and there, but overall, they're sorta easy to do. There's a few hog rings to deal with, which isn't tough, just different. Some velcro, rods, clips... just gotta do it.
As an example, plenty of other videos out there, but this one works well enough to get ya on your way.

Lots of places. CJ Pony, American Muscle, 5.0 Resto/LMR, Katzkin, Ford themselves maybe... ebay... have a local guy/gal make you some... learn to sew and go nuts... All kinds of ways to get these things!
