For some reason my throttle is sticking. The higher the rmp the longer it sticks. If I'm at 3k rpm and I push in my clutch it won't even come back down. I have to tap my brake or shift. If i'm at a light and I give a little gas to touch 2k it will stay at 2k for a good 4-5 secs. Any idea what could be causing this?

Clean your IAC valve. Does your car have a problem idleing on cold mornings?

IAC Valve is the Idle Air Control Valve. It allows xx amount of air into the intake when the throttle body is closed. Its what allows your car to idle while no air is passing through the TB. It is prone to getting dirty adn sticking, causing major idle issues untill it warms up and making the RPM's hang.

Also you can clean it by pulling it off and spraying carb cleaner in it really good. Let it dry out before you reinstall.
