Rear Fenders Off

Does anybody have a write-up or the Service Manual files on how to take off the rear fender on a 99-04 GT?

Then you'll need a welder and paint booth. It's not a bolt on part like a fender. There is no taking it off without damaging it. What are you trying to do?

The quater panel is spot welded to the car's chassis, so it will be kinda hard to take it off and put it back on

Charlies answer was very blunt and he didn't explain it, he could have easily been more helpful so its no wonder Jeremy said that.
