Rear end squeeking and slight wobble?

Driver side rear end makes a squeek noise as the wheel rotates and speeds up as I accelerate...squeek stops when I apply break...also noticed driver rear wheel has slight wobble. I replaced the rotor and didn't stop squeeking. Came to conclusion it's either the axle or wheel bearing, how would I tell which it would be? Or maybe it could even be something else?

I would start by checking my rear end and changing the fluid out. See if there is metal in the pumpkin just a thought

U could put the car up on jack stands or a lift. Have someone drive it slowly make sure wheels are off ground. Use a long screwdriver or stethoscope and hold it toes the end of the axle and work ur way in to where it's loudest if it's loudest out closer to the wheel it's pbly the bearing if it's close to the pumpkin could be a carrier bearing or by the drive shaft ( pinion flange) a pinion bearing. Also make sure traction control is off or it will kick in. If one wheel spins with out other slow it down and put pressure so the other one will spin so u can verify where it is.
