pulling tranny out. any ideas

Ok so I'm pulling out my manual tranny in my 01 gt to replace the clutch bearing.. and putting a short shifter in. Since I have the tranny out any ideas of what else to replace and maybe some other upgrades?

how many miles are on the clock? You are changing the throw out bearing?

94000.. Yea meant the throw out bearing

Maybe check into a new clutch and have the flywheel turned. Also change the gear oil and replace the pilot bearing too.

I replaced the clutch last year but everything else I look to replace.. thank you for the advice
