Well if you're looking for high peformance spark plugs, a recent 5.0 and SF gave a good review of LSG Brisk Premium plugs (I think thats what they are called). They actually got 9 or so horsepower on an 03 cobra with them....just from spark plugs!! Denso is also well known for their plugs but I think they are around 10 bucks a pop for the iridiums! Otherwise your best bet is to go to the parts store, tell them what kinda car/motor you have and they can look up what number/model plug you can use. This might be a good time to get high peformance wires also.

stay away from iridium plugs on a n/a motor. No sense in paying 8-10 bucks a plug for a car that wont take advantage of it.

In my 2000 and my 96 cobra, ive had great luck with the motorcraft copper plugs. You have to change them more regular than the stock platnium plugs (say ever 20k miles) but they seemed to run better.

I found running a 1 heat range colder plug worked best in my cars and also tightening the gap up to .045 instead of the huge .054 from the factory recommendations. It kept the car smoother on the higher RPM's.

The plugs I seriously recommend are Motorcraft AWSF-22C (1 heat range cooler) or motorcraft AWSF-32C (stock heat range). Also NGK makes a good copper plug, part number TR-6 for the 1 range colder.
