For installs I've seen everything from $250 to $1000. Shop around and try to find some local forums, etc. for recommendations. I'm really wanting 4.10s for mine, but it's my DD and I don't want to make my winter commutes any worse.

I paid $200 for my install, but shops are different. I have 3.73's in mine and before the supercharger I can say that they were the best mod I did. I am going to run these for a while, but may end up getting 4.10's.

Don't fear the gear!!!!!

300 bucks tops for labour and I went with 3.90s. Bit better on gas and they turned my car into a different animal. And when nitrous hits. Wow. I can't wait for spring

Short throw shifter if it's 5 speed. Doesn't add power but makes driving much better and faster shifting. Gears will give you the most acceleration for the money. Throttle body and plenum and plenum spacer help quite a bit, as well as the steeda underdrive pullies. Cams will cost you but will put some power down. A good tune is very important and makes a great improvement
