oil pressure and air-fuel ratio

how hard would it be to mount and hook up the oil pressure and air-fuel ratio either on the dash (preferably) or on the a-pillar. how would i hook them up?

My uncle put a 3 pod guage set-up on his 02 blown F-150, and he tried 3 different air fuel new gauges and none of them worked, even different brand
