ive used it before. I dont run it by itself though. It works fairly well to help lube the top end. Also their fuel treatment is great for desiels.

I think Mobil 1 is the best oil you can buy for the money. Especially now since they introduced the new 5W-20 viscosity for Ford products since 2001: http://www.mobiloil.com/USA-English/MotorO...il_1_5W-20.aspx
I know Amsoil and Redline are good synthetics too, but not sure if they are worth the extra $$.
I also put Mobil 1 ATF in the manual tranny of my 95 GT, and it made it a lot easier going into gear, especially in the colder weather.
My 2005 GT will start getting Mobil 1 at the first oil change.
