New Door Sill Plates

And yes, I know my carpet is dirty....we've been having bad weather and I haven't gotten a chance to clean her yet...

But I thought these came out great!

Super easy! All you have to do is pop up the scuff plates with a flat headed screwdriver, tuck the metal lip under them and push the scuff plates back in place....Quite literally took me about 4 minutes to do both of them!

I didn't know how much of a difference they would make, but WOW! I love them....I got them through the Mach 1 Registry site, they were $39.95.

Nope, not yet. I have my Tri-Ax and T handle, but another site that I frequent pointed me in the direction of a custom made gasket for the shifter change, to cut down on the noise...I'm hoping that'll be here tomorrow, but it looks more like Saturday.

Door plates look great, and the the noise from the shifter/tranny tunnel is addictive in a 'race car' sort of way.

+1 I hear you there. Wouldnt it be nice if we could run straight pipes + no insulation material on the streets.
