Mustang Shakes

When I drive about 55 mph she starts to shake. Feels like the whole car and the steering wheel. Any idea whats going on.

Check the tire balance. They can also verify if a tire is separating or if a wheel is bent/damaged. Next would be looking at the drive shaft.

Alignment can cause this too, if the caster or toe is messed up. Which could mean something bent/broken/worn in the suspension. Probably not it, but throwin' it out there in case.

Jack the front end up and check side to side and top to bottom movement on the front tires. Just grab the tire on each side and see how much it moves before the tire on the other side moves. Do the same by grabbing the top and bottom of the tire and moving it in and out. There a pretty good you tube vid checking ball joints and tie rod ends. I don't have time to go and find it for you though. If that all seems like its pretty tight take one front tire and put it on the rear and see if you have the same problem. if you do swap the other front tire o the back. let us know what you find.

Um... why not? That would definitely cause caster/toe issues if the mounting parts of the LCA were bent.

Did they prove it or just say it? Get it on a rack and ask them to show why.
