Does anyone knows what kind of bulb do I need to use for the stock headlights and fogs?... I do not have the bulbs nor the owners manual... can someone please help me??... this is VERY URGENT!!!

What year Mustang?

 

Go to Walmart. They have a machine that will tell you what bulbs you need. All bulbs have different model numbers.

 

In a 99+

9007 headlights (crossreference that and you should be able to get the number for any type bulb manuf)

893 for the foglights.

Same lights should work.

 

Same lights than a 99+?... doesnt matter that they are "kinda" different?... I mean the housing unit... the bulb is the same?... 100% sure??...

 

I ran the same bulbs in my 96 cobra that I ran in my 00gt.. acctually they were the same sylvania silverstars. Dont just take my word for it since it has been quite a while, check www.autozone.com or other parts websites to cross reference the part.

 

Im still looking... but nobody knows... are they h1? h2? h3? h4? h5? h6? h7?... something like that?... because nobody knows those numbers that you told me down here...

 

best thing to do is pull the bulb and take it down to the parts store to cross reference.

 

I KNOW... but there is NO bulb... and down here they all work via... h4 h-something u know... or like 9004 and stuf like that... I need the GENERIC name for those bulbs... driving me crazy LOL...

 

If you look for 9007 those are the ones you need.

 

I am unsure about headlights. I just bought some fog lights though. They were Sylvania Brightstars and it was 893st's. I bought them off of Ebay for $31 shipped, I saved a bunch!! And they are brand new, too.

 

Oh yeah, it was where I bought every light for my car, too! I have a 95 GT.
