i need your opinion on a top speed

me and fordracing200 seem to have a disagreement on the top speed of my car.
mod list-
K&N CAI
O/R X pipe
catback exhuast
its an auto with the stock 3:27 final drive.
i will not state the speed we think it will go becuase i do not want to influance opinion in one direction...however i will let you know i think it will go slower than he thinks it will.

I would guess around 140, but I have never owned an auto stang so I could very well be wrong. I do know that at a certain point aerodynamics start playing a huge factor.
Either way, take it to a dyno, and they can tell you it's top speed, as well as finding out exactly how much hp and torque you are making and your a/f ratio across the board.
