Humming sounds

Hey,
When i hit around 80km/h a weird humming sounds comes from the right front tire area. If i make a slight left turn it seems to increase and when i make a slight right turn it seems to quiet down. I put my car in neutral at 80 and its still there. Could this just be a bearing problem? The car is a 03GT with a jlt cold air and 1 inch spacers. Also i just got all my spacers and tires re torqued and the humming sound is still there. Thanks!
