Sorry man, i've had no experience with one. Have you tried contacting the manufacturer?

Can't help you with the G-Tech, but I have a Buffalo Router that needs to be replaced. Emailed support tells me I have to call in. I've been on "hold" as long as 30 minutes and never gotten in. Been broken for 2 months.

I guess you'll have to either keep trying their support line, or go back a version. I went to a back-up router until one day I eventually make through.

So, I know this doesn't exactly help, but maybe it'll make you feel better.

frustrating isnt it you buy a product have a problem and then spend the next 6months talking to a machine and if your lucking enough to actually speak to someone you get the village idiot who doesnt know his butt from his elbow. oh well ill keep trying, ive been on their own forum but all the questions regarding this problem have been left unanswered orthe replies pretty much say nothing
