Hi everyone, new to the forums...I love the 2005 Mustang, but in case my dad decides it is too pricy, I may have to settle for a used stang, which is just fine cuz I love mustangs (1970 and down, 2000 and up). There is only one thing I wouldn't mind changing. I always thought, even after the new design for newer stangs, that the front end was weak. The last generation(s) have lacked the aggressive look of the classic muscle in the first gen. I assume this is the appeal many seek in the 05s. To my question...would it be possible to rebuild the front to give it a more aggressive look, perhaps let it slant in i.e. the 05s, or something to that effect. Do you know of anyone who has done it? It would truly make it a lot prettier IMO....Thanks.

Razzi has a front air dam for the '99-'04 which is similar to the 2K Cobra R but not as pronounced or low. Also, Razzi has a rear air dam from a different kit that gives it a very aggressive and distinctive look.
www.razzi.com. The hood is another item that can help complete the look: the 2K Cobra R hood or the more subtle '03 Cobra hood. 9" wheels w/275s would be the clincher. If you want to see what it looks like, check my PICS under my sig at www.blueovalnews.com and look for my old blue GT.

Here is what I was thinking...I realize this is completely custom so what do you think the price range would be with this, or is it even feasable? Please excuse the poor picture editing as I used Windows' Paint lol....just to get a basic idea.

OKAY....EDIT: This I think is more practical ? Am I right?

I'm not sure what the price range would be, probably pretty high. But IMO, I think that would ruin the car. It makes the front end look short and stubby. Why not jus keep it original, and then wait some years and buy an 05, or the new one at the time?

Goodness I hope you're not serious
The 05's CONCEPT is aggresive
If you want something "aggresive" looking, get a Cobra or Saleen bumper. If not, throw a chin spoiler on there and slap a grill delete on. Then to top it off get a Cobra R hood
