fox vs sn95

someone i know has just finished rebuilding an 89 lx 5.0 hatchback. it has a new paint job, interior, and a rebuilt engine with performance parts that has 32 miles on it. hes selling it for $5000. oh and its a stick. right now i have a 2000 gt coupe that i could get around $8500 for right now. do you think i should sell mine and get the 89. its like a new car. i was just thinkin..

I think what you need to figure out is what do you want from a car?
If its all out performance with sacrifices in the interior styling, quality and all, then the fox body is great since you have such a huge aftermarket for them. If its a good ride, nicer interior, nicer outside looks, and good power out of the box, i'd stick with the late model.

I'm guessing your GT is an auto.....I'd just wait for a Mach 5spd, 99+ GT 5spd, or another year come down to a respectable price.

Ain't notihin wrong with a fox's interior OR exterior styling! Its an opinion thing of course, but I actually think the fox interior (gray or black, not porno red) is better looking than a new edge and the shifter is a lot closer...plus, when people sit in my car they don't confuse it for a 4x4....ZING!

Its an opinion thing of course, but I actually think the fox interior (gray or black, not porno red) is better looking than a new edge and the shifter is a lot closer...plus, when people sit in my car they don't confuse it for a 4x4....ZING!
Foxes dont look as "nice" but imo they are more badarse than any sn95 GT could ever be.
