I assume your going from a 3.8 to a 4.6 based on another thread of yours. If thats so then you need alot. The entire drivetrain (engine, transmission, rearend, driveshaft). You are also going to need the engine wiring harness from a GT. Since you are putting it in a 95 you also need a 96 or above k-member. You gonna need to get a dual exhaust setup as well.

Eventually you'll want to change out the gauges to GT gauges as well.

Its alot of work needless to say.

Would it be cheaper just to find another car? And the other thread was accidental. New to the forum and really didn't know what I was doing..

Most of the time I would say yes. There are donor cars that go for really cheap if you wanted to go that route, but there would still be countless hours used on putting the car back together. If it was a 96+ GT it would be a quick and easy swap.

So the 95 v6 is terrible for engine swaps like this. I have very limited funds haha. I'm only 19 so lacking the experience. Do any of you know how to rebuild a 350 engine? I have a rear end and turbo 400 tranny I would like to fit in the car. I have access to cutting torch and welder. Good idea?

Alot of custom fab work would need to go into that. I mean you can make anything you can think of in it, its just a matter of work. The rear probably wouldnt fit so you would still need an 8.8 and a custom driveshaft. I dont know about the turbo 400 fitting but I would find a C4 to mount up to the 350.

My suggestion...... sell the V6 and find yourself a foxbody or 94-95 GT. It will save you alot of money and work in the long run.

The pushrod 5.0 is a fun engine to work on and countless amounts of parts.
