A friend has a completely STOCK GT Auto with 66,000 miles.
It has started stalling when coming to a stop. Occasionally it will die on tip in of throttle on take off also.
Brand new air filter... other than that completely stock. Suggestions? Please and thank you.

 

Must be a vacuum leak. I would do spark plugs and wires too, but first look for a vacuum leak. Any check engine codes? And does it hesitate while accelerating?

 

when was the last time the throttle body was cleaned? Also fuel filter along with as stated above spark plugs. No wires you have coil over plugs.
