I had a new clutch installed last year in my 95 cobra. Now it keeps poping out of second andI get a grind when I put in 4th. when I have the clutch engaged i still get forward movement.Sometimes when it's cold 2nd gear seems like something is slipping. Do I have a bad clutch?? Or could this be something different.

 

Hard to say without directly experiencing it but popping out of gear could be a sign of worn synchronizers. Cold or hot would have no bearing on the friction surface and grip of the clutch. Have you checked the fluid level in the transmission?...no likely to be causing this but if low could wear internal parts and end up with issues like this.
