For people that have experienced with different chip setups. whats the best?

Use a Superchips chip or a Diablo chip. I would also get the SCT max Tuner, a handheld tuner for the computer.

I defintely recommend the SCT chips. Doug904 on this board is acctually a SCT dealer and helped me get great gains from my cobra, and had even more amazing results from an 02 GT.
