I made plateto swap the newer PI manifold on to non PI heads.
This swap can make 25hp and give you more usable RPM's.
I installed this on a 98GT
no hood clearance issues, no manifold modifications required.

I saw kits for this and the price was to high for me. I made my own plates and they
worked great.
I am interested in selling them for $150
this makes the total job about $420 in new parts

25 rwHP peak and 35 rwHP under the curve have been shown by others when done
right.
no RTV or leaks. good port matching for a adapter.
anyone interested?

I am not ready to sell.
I want to see how many people are interested.
its a big expence to have them made. To keep the price low
I have to make alot of them at one time.
this is a hobby for me, I am not in the auto business.
the ones in the picture were my first plates. I have revised the CAD file
with improvements. I will also try to reduce the price.

O, I see. Nice work. Do you have any pics of the complete motor from the top with the new manifold?

yes. I only completed the insallation last Sunday.
so I haven't installed the tower brace yet. I did check and it also clears.

I added one to the car they didn't come on '98 GT's
This car is lowered 1.5" with a eibach pro=kit
poly bushings, upper rear control arms, new down pipe with 2 high flow cats.
and I added the cold air intake and new 3.90 rear.
the manifold made a big difference, now the car can make good use of the gears.

I don't know
I don't know about clearances ether with this combination.
If I get to the point of selling these plates I could probably work something out
if you wanted to try this.

Dyno results

car made 216 rear wheel hp
266 rear wheel torque
thats about 252hp, 311tq at the engine (stock 225hp, 285 tq).
this is through 3.90 gears which fool the dyno and can reduce numbers by 5hp.
this is very close to bone stock 2000gt numbers.
not bad for a low end cold air intake $44
pypes x pipe $265 and '99+ manifold

air/fuel ratio was rich at start approx. 11-1
now at 13-1 on 87 to 91 octane (conservative tune)

add an upper manifold & cat-back and it should be close to 270hp
