So I have a coyote aluminator in a 98 GT and my next project is cams and cobra jet intake but I undestand I need more clearance. Does anybody knows if a Cobra R hood (3.5'' will do?)

Good luck with swap and you might want to call/contact LateModelRestoration.com as they too have recently completed a Coyote swap (https://themustangsource.com/tag/coyote-swap/) (with what looks like a stock hood) and might be able to offer clearance mearsurements to you as well as fitment issues. Then all you would need is some measurements from the CJ intake to calculate. If a stock 5.0 can fit under a stock hood I would venture a guess that a 3.5" Cobra R hood would clear a CJ intake, but you never know . . .
