Talking 95 GT blower runs constantly

My '95 GT coupe HVAC blower seems to run on low speed even when the switches are in the "off" positions. What do you think the problem is?

Thanks

Check the fan blower resistor. When they go out only work on 1 speed, low.

When the key is in the run position and car is not moving? When the car is moving you might still get air out the vents. Just wondering.
Could be a few things otherwise. Control panel, stuck relay maybe. I wouldn't suspect the resistor because it needs power to it which it shouldn't have. Without a wiring diagram I really can't help much more.

Yes, it blows when the key is in "on" position not moving. You can hear it :-)

It also works on the other speed settings fine also right? I would probably pull the control head and possibly unplug it first. Does the fan setting **** have the off position or the mode ****?

Yes, it works fine in other positions. It has the "OFF" position instead of "MODE"
