2001 Bullitt Spun Rod Bearing

I have a 2001 that I let kinda run dry on the oil (not intentionally ) I didn't realize how much oil that thing burns.

With something like this, can I have the top end fixed? Or do I most likely need a complete rebuild or replacement?

so, this video isn't of my car but it sounds very similar.

Thanks!

If you spun the rod bearing. You will need to rebuild the block. turn or replace crank, new rod bearing, crank bearing etc.
