I just bought a used 2000 mustang GT, and I am not sure what gears it has. It's a 5spd manual. Sorry I'm a newbie at this.

 

3.27's are the stock gear ratio for that year I believe.

 

Was there an option for any others?

 

No option for the 99-04gt's. 3.27 was the standard gear for them. I believe the 03-04 Mach 1's and cobra's came with the 3.55 gear,I think. You can def get different gears installed. that's what I'm gonna do to my gt sometime before the year is up. I think I'm gonna go with 3.73's.
