Not only that dye check the heads and the block and check for cracks then you can get a grinder with a wire brush and buff it all down

That's just the rough start. We're facing the top of the block so it's a clean meet with the heads. The block is being boiled, mangafluxed and boared out next Friday!

If you were to machine out a block it would take a long time, at least 15 different tools, and at least 6 different ops if you didn't have a 5 axis and dove tail the bottom. Creating a mold for the cast iron is wayyyy faster and more efficient!
