2000 Mustang question..

My wife is having I believe the same issue with her 2000 3.8 V6 Mustang she bought Saturday. I changed the wires and plugs yesterday (platinum plugs gapped at 0.054) and the previous owner put new calipers, pads, rotors and ignition coil 1-25-2015,oil changed a week ago,3 tires not a year yet and the other one not 2 months old. I also changed the air filter, fuel injector cleaner and engine repair liquid in the engine. Her Mustang seems like it Idles hard but I would not say just that since it still is misfiring between 40MPH to 50MPH. I am not familiar with Ford vehicles and am lost why it's still misfiring.
