I believe there's a how-to on V6power.net, but they're doing an upgrade right now and it looks like their tech articles page is down.
BTW, somewhere I read where somebody wired this to their trunk-release circuit with a relay so that, with the engine off the trunk release opened the trunk, but with the engine on it opened the fuel door. Used the same button in the glove box.
