Lowering my ride
I'm getting these springs,

Could I just install these with my stock shocks and struts?

YES. What you will find is your stock shocks and struts are designed to operate in a range where the stock length springs hold your vehicle. When you lower, you take the stock shocks and struts out of their peak range of operation. This typically is tougher on those parts, but traditionally they live for 30-40K miles before prematurely wearing out.
What you gain from performance (tuned) shocks and struts is evenly matched compression and rebound settings to your performance springs. The difference is more than amazing. The ride will be night/day different with performance struts/shocks.
I drove my car about 17K miles on the stock shocks and struts after a mild drop. Now that I have performance shocks/struts, I wish I would have done it sooner. Finances essentially control your actions, but if you can afford the updates now, save yourself the bouncy ride and extra labor.
