Left front blinker not working on my 99

Left front blinker not working on my 99
Left front blikner not working, I've changed the bulb and checked the fuses. Parking light works on that side. Anyone know what could possibly be the issue or whatelse I might check?

The left front doesn't work when the emergency flashers are on.
