Dual exhaust options
My car is currently a V6 (will be a V8 eventually). My first exhaust setup was the stock piping cut off behind the factory muffler and dumped with a turn down. Then I got a pair of the Force mufflers from Jegs and had a custom 2.5" divorced (no H or X-pipe) setup ran back to the bumper with hidden dumped tips. Likes said earlier, it is similar to the Fox GT setup. I stumbled across a GT bumper for free from a friend on another forum, had it painted and had the exhaust shop weld on some 4" double walled tips. That's how it sits in my driveway now.
The divorced dual setup was the deepest sounding. I kept all the factory cats and precats. It wasn't overly high pitched in the upper RPMs either. I think this was partly due to the 2.5" piping, and partly the mufflers themselves. They're not made anymore though...
