I assume you have the stock V6 bumper? If/when I do this, I want to get a GT bumper or make cut outs because I hate the look of dual exhaust underneath the stock bumper.

No offense, but that would look worse then having tips under the bumper.
Dump will be plenty loud, especially depending on where you dump it. If you do it right before the axle, it will be nice and loud to you. Ive had dumps for years and wouldnt have anything else.

this is the setup i had the shop make for me. just added a pipe on to the original pipe to create an h. and added two flow 40's . i kept the cats cuz i didnt want a noisy set up on my sixxer. but i love the sound when i start it or at idle and low rpm's.

I bought a Flowmaster kit. Ran it back and then dumped it just before the bumper. If you look at the back it looks like a fox body GT. Can't see a thing. Clean look. Provides good sound.
