Car is running rich!

Here is a little backround info. I have a 2003 3.8l v6. Has 160k miles on it. Just recently had a full tune up on it and replaced alot of parts. Then after that I got a bad exhaust leak and later the manifold split completely from the flange. So I decided instead of dealing with the crappy stock exhaust. I put pacesettwer longtubes, mac o/r h pipe, and flow 40's dumped. Ever since I got it done, its been missing and has a loss of power. It was throwing a code. Bank 1 Rich. It stutters at low rpms but seems to come out of it. Being that we had to extend my o2's with wire I dont think my fronts are getting the correct reading. They have also been on the car for the life of it. I just bought new o2 sensors for the front and extenders. Hoping that fixes the problem. Let me here your guys opinion.
