I'm coming up Blanding Blvd which is the main street with the mall and all. It's 4 lanes of traffic each way and generally busy. I'm in the turning lane for the exit ramp and there is this ***** next to me in the non-turning lane. Many, many times people will get into this lane to try to jump in front of people with the right away to turn.
So I spy this ***** spying my lane. He doesn't have his turn signal but I can tell he is intent on cutting me off. Will this mild mannered V6 Mustang let that happen? I DON'T THINK SO! I gun it and he guns it. I will not let up and he still tries to come over, which would leave me off in the ditch some where.
He slams on his brakes and no doubt is throwing a fit. I'm smiling and singing along to "You Could Be Mine". Then this ***** rides right up on my buttocks. I take turns flashing my turn signals just to let him know he is an *****. THEN he swoops around and tries to cut in front of me and behind another (a blue V6) Mustang. We're coming up on my next exit and there is not enough room and he freaking knows it. He turns on his turn signal and starts to swoop over. I guess he was trying to scare me. Then he just glides back over into his lane.
So I get over out of my turning lane and make like I'm going to follow him. I only do this so he won't try to cut me off at the exit and still leave me time to get over.
Luckily I get off on my exit and he keeps on going. ****** like this are such a joy.

The worst offenders of stuff like that up here in Pa are the minivan owners....
My wife and I are completely convinced that once you buy and drive a minivan, something chemically or physically changes your brain, so that all resonable thought is immediately purged.
"There's two inches between me, that blue Mustang and the exit...I can make it! :bang:
<screeching tires and swerving Mustang>
"Man, those Mustang drivers are maniacs! I'm gonna slow down and give him the finger..."
:angry:

Nah, its got to be Dodge truck owners. They all think they own the freakin road. On the local "strip" people always try to cut in front of people to get to their exit. If they dont make it over in time, they end heading in the wrong direction. I always match their speed so they cant merge, and they end up heading back whence they came.

Paul, I agree, I was rear-ended when I had my BMW by a minivan, with the driver trying to do 3 things....other than driving when it happened. I put him in the 'obliviot' category. Shame:
My dad and stepmom both drive Camry's.
