Is it possible for me to use a true-dual V6 exhaust paired with the stock GT H-pipe, or aftermarket H-Pipe designed for a 99-04 GT? Trying to look for an H-pipe online, but can only find GT ones rather than V6.

 

I recently purchased LT stainless headers for my V6, and I had to use a complete v8 exhaust from headers back. Including the h Pipe. Look on eBay you can find an h Pipe that will work with your stock headers. You will need to go with V8 exhaust after that...
