do you have a test light? You need to start poking around to see where you have power and where you don't have power. I'm assuming you checked the fusses?

That happened to me, take off your door panels and make sure your window motor arms are straight and not hitting anything, and this may sound crazy but make sure your window is still attached to the mechanism and in the trac, my window froze to my car and the arms pulled right off it and they got bent to hell and I had to replace the whole mechanism. If you have to replace anything hardtop windows and window motors are identical and are a direct swap for a convertible

Same thing happened with the 04, took off the door panel and tapped the motor, that seemed to fix it.

and if that don't work just GABH...(Get a Bigger Hammer)

seriously, don't break it, sounds like something is either bound up as some state or your not getting power to the motor unit(s), if its both motors good chance it will possibly lean towards a wire issue or the actual switch unit (driver side) which is where I would start with, test that the door switch unit is actually receiving power and if its getting power but its not functioning check that the switches are actually working, if they are not that is the issue, if they do continue down the line until you run into the components that have failed.
