3.9 V6 running rough HELP!!!!!!Please

I have a 04 V6 the 3rd cylinder is fouling and the car runs rough, any help? Thanks Buzz

Check for water in cylinder 3. If there is, it may be a head gasket. good luck

Put the key in the ignition, hold the trip reset button for 10 seconds turn the car on, hit the trip reset button and scroll through till it says "Dtc" tell us what the code comes up as...
