Any one know where to find a vin decoder for FOX Mustangs, or how to decode one. I'm looking a buying a 93 LX 5.0 vert for my kid when she turns 16. I would like to make shure that the car is what the seller claims it is.

THIS PLACE has decoder, but it's for GT models. The decoder is 1/2 way down the page under "Featured Technical Information"; I punched in your #'s and it came up as a 93, v-8, from Dearborn plant.
