How is the compreshion, after it warms up does it loose compreshion. I had a motor do the same thing... New boar and pistons fixed the prob for me. I had 100lb cold and 50lb hot so if i shut it off it would never start till it cooled off... Just a thought.....

I have seen TRI modules go open circuit when hot and fire up when cold. When the vehicle does not offer to start check for fire at the plugs to elliminate this possibility.
Also check to see if you have fuel pressure at the shrader valve when you have a no start condition. This will tell you if you have a fuel related problem.
Check coil and distributor cap for corrosion on the tower teminals. Another cause if it if spark related could be a pick up coil going open circuit once it is hot. Again verify for spark when engine is a no start.

If it is just tribble w/o a pressurized squirt then there could be an issue. it will loose some of it pressure has it sits and after you press the schrader valve also. use a gauge and do a key on test.
also shot an answer in the sn95 V6 section.
