Replacing the head liner

i've been looking in alot of parts magazines and i can't seem to be able to find any pre-cut vynil head liners for a HB with a sunroof with the plastic backing intead of the fiberboard, i'm only seeing cloth ones and i don't want to change it from vynil to cloth

There are not any available....a lot of SVO guys have been looking for a long time for vinyl headliner replacements. I ended up doing mine in cloth.

No, you have to trim it for the sunroof. But don't waste your time with a "kit"....you will get the same thing you can get from a fabric store....some spray glue and a sharp razor blade and you have a new headliner. All you get in the "kit" is a roll of the same material you can buy at any trim shop...or you can remove your headliner board and take it to a trim shop and just have them replace the material....it's one of the easiest repairs you can make.

It's not going to be easy to cut out and I think $140 plus oversized shipping is a lot more than a local trim shop would charge you to duplicate yours that you have now.
