pulley wear out???

This is my A/C compressor. See what's worn? Can I replace that part or do I need to replace the whole compressor? About how much am I looking at to fix this? Thanks guys.

I think you can just buy the pulley itself, I would try going to advance auto parts, they usually are pretty good with that stuff, unless you want OEM ford parts. If you wait a little later in the day today you may get answers from the more knowledgeable members of the forum. I doubt anyone was on this forum on a Friday night, or at least I hope not

Yes you can get the pully but I'm pretty sure its part of the clutch assembly..

I actually just took my entire ac system out of my 89 GT...I have the compressor and pulley still intact. It worked fine when I took it out last week. The only reason I took it out is because I use my car more for racing on the weekends and don't need the air conditioning...if you want, make me an offer and ill ship it to you.
