Power window motor question...

So I just installed a power window motor in the driver's door on my 1990 fox. It works fine, but up is down and down is up if you know what I mean. The motor appears to be a re-manufactured unit. Is it as easy as flipping the yellow and red wires on the gray connector? I can live with the way it is, but I would rather be able to push the DOWN button and have the window actually go DOWN. Thanks.

May have been a dumb question I guess....... So, I just switched the wires on the gray connector and what do you know, it works correctly now. I learned something today, yippee!

Sorry, I didn't see this sooner, but glad you figured it out. I remember when my driver side motor went out, but i only had a spare motor for the passenger side. All I did was install the motor in a way it would fit and then flip the wires and that worked. Maybe that re-manufactured motor was for the passenger side and you got it by accident?
