When attaching a picture located on your hard-drive use the "File Attachment" feature located below the 'text box' in the 'Reply' screen. Click the 'Browse' button and link your photo. Maximum size is 1000k.

To attach your file, click the Add Reply button at the bottom of the thread. You'll have to enter something for your message. Under that will be a File Attachments section. Click Browse to locate the file on your computer, then click Add Reply.
