No power to the Fuel Pump

Wondering if someone can help me. Just rebuilt my motor. It is a 1987 LX 5.0ho. It didn't want to crank at first and the pump was not coming on so I changed the Fuel pump relay. Car started. Then it stopped after 10 mins or so. I think the fuel pump was turning off. Now The pump won"t come on at all. I changed the relay two more times thinking maybe I bought a bad one. No luck. I checked the power out of the relay. With the key on all the wires except for the pink/blk have power going out of the relay. Which is the wire going to the fuel pump itself. According to the Haynes wiring diagram the pnk/blk wire is a straight line from the relay to the pump. I checked the intertia switch and it has power on both wires. Any one have any ideas or toughts to help me troubleshoot why I am not getting power past the relay?

Replaced it with no changed. Even cleaned the ground wires in the back for the pump and the gauge
