Loud chrping while driving 89 GT conv.

I am completely stumped. I get a very loud chirping sound after driving for 5-10 minutes. When the chirping starts I press on the brakes and the noise stays the same and slows down with the car. When I then accelerate it will stay the same and increase. I thought for sure it would be a seized caliper and the brake pads were just rubbing causing heat and therefore the chirping. I was wrong. I replaced the calipers, rotors and pads and the sound is still there and the same!

It sounds like it is under directly under my feet and braking, accelerating or coasting does not make it go away. It just chirps to the speed of the wheel revolution.

Again this sound only starts after 5 minutes of driving and only is audible driving about 45 mph and under. If I go on the highway it seems to too fast and I hear no chirping sound.

Can anyone help before I spend my saving on throwing parts at it.

How about throw out bearing? Or does it only happen when breaking?

If I brake it is still there. The sound kind of sounds like it is a high pitch chirping with one wheel rotation. It does not make a sound going under 9-10 mph. It seems to only make the sound for about 2-5 minutes really loud when driving between 10-45 mph then will randomly go away.
