Quick ADVICE please!!!

Have a buddy selling me a powerdyne kit with all but crank pulley for $700. It is a bd10 powerdyne. I know people hate them, but its a whole kit and im planning on 6-8psi. Also i have only 1000 to spend so thats why im kinda jumping on this one. What do you guys think and would you do? Many thanks...

Offer him $650 and tell him you'll give him your crank pulley to swap with the pulley from the kit. I'm guessing that the kit pulley is still on his car or no? You may want to call Powerdyne and see how much their crank pulley is so that you know how much $$ and if it's available by itself.

Thanks for the help and advice. I ended up not buying it. Way 2 many people talking crap about them. Maybe my winter install if car still around. I had a vortech t trim berore in a 97cobra and wouldnt really feel comfortable buying anuthing other than vortech maybe procharger. S yeah instead i used the money and bought myself some nittos 555 315's. Still happy. Now i habe an excuse to make a video of burning rest or tires lol.
