Horsepower Difference???

I am in the process of converting my 87 mustang from efi to carbureted and i was wondering if my horsepower was going to go up or down or stay the same? This is my first carb setup and i dont really know what to expect. Basically the the main change is i took off a GT40 intake and added a holley single plane intake and a demon 750 blow through carb. Does anyone know what i should expect?

I did that about 20 years ago with a 86 GT! Went with a victor Jr. Intake, holly 650, b303 cam, and I ported the stock heads! It really woke the car up!! I used a throttle cable from an 85 and used mallory for all the fuel system. Steve Petty from Lynch Mob racing set the carb up for me!
