Hello my name is Gary, and I have a problem...
I love owning Mustangs.
I just picked up this 93 5.0 LX Notch in YN Silver a few days ago. Drove up to Dallas to pick it up. Borrowed the truck from my Dad and the trailer from my local Ford dealer manager who supports my habit. Both of them are enablers now.
Car has 50,000 original miles. Pretty much everything is stock except for Flowmasters and it looks like the fuel injectors are not stock. The interior is amazingly clean. Unbelievably clean really. It is an AOD. Drives like it was new. Only problem is the front drivers fender has been pushed up a bit from going off a road or off a ramp somehow but I've got an excellent body shop I know and they are going to fix it up for me and realign it.
My daughter Paige went with me to pick it up. She's 8. That's her in the pics.
Paige says hi!
Back at home in the garage.
Resting with his younger brothers.
I will continue to add to this thread as time goes by. I have a lot of parts that I have never installed on my '91 LX 5.0 Vert that I will be putting on this car. I've already gotten the windows tinted last week and except for wheels and the fix of the fender no more exterior mods will be done. It will be a completely stock car from the exterior.
And the '91 will be sold as soon as I can fix the top and one of the window motors. I liked the Vert, but this is what I really wanted and finally found.

Thanks. I bought it for myself as a work car for hauling clients around but my wife has confiscated it lately and I never see it. It's a SHO and she loves the go pedal.
Thanks.
I do. I need to wash them all. I've been working so many weekends and going to football games hasn't left me any free time to do stuff like that.

Great find bro! Congratulations. Back in 1993 or 1994 (it gets fuzzy after nearly two decades) I took a pass on a holdover 1993 Police Interceptor. A dealership in Ohio had quite a few available in my choice of two colors, one of them being a silver/grey color and, obviously that car looked a lot like yours. Funny how it really is the things that you don't do that you seem to regret.
I hope you have a blast with it.
